Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. General Rules

• All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless required earlier by law.
• You will continue to have access until your subscription ends.

2. Cancellation Methods

• Apple App Store Purchases – If you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel through your Apple ID account settings. Seekho cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf. See Apple’s instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
• Google Play Purchases – If you subscribed through Google Play, you must cancel through your Google Play account settings. Seekho cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions on your behalf. See Google’s instructions here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481

3. Refunds

• App Store / Google Play Purchases: Refunds are subject to Apple or Google’s policies. Seekho cannot override their refund decisions.
• Seekho In-App Purchases: Refunds will be processed by Seekho where applicable and eligible.
• Partial Periods: Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• One-time purchases, gift codes, or promotional credits.
• Any refunds already processed under applicable store policies..
